I will not be posting a devotion today, but will continue the “Spiritual Self-Defense” series on Thursday and Friday, as well as next week. After next week, I will probably be moving toward more of a “weekly” or “bi-weekly” devotion - at least for a while.
Also, next month I will be compiling all of the devotions on this site (so far) into a paperback devotion book. If you’re interested, please check back under “Books Available” later. My apologies regarding the delay in “Building Christian Character through The Hobbit“; the process is taking a bit longer than expected. Hopefully both books will be released in the near future - I’ll post further updates as I know more.
Blessings on your day – arm yourself for today’s battle with these words from David:
“Lord, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. I will praise the Lord, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. I have set the Lord always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken.” (Psalm 16:5-8)
